Needing it for some of our products, we have developped or are developping a full communication software. This include a PPP driver and a TCP/IP socket. Actually the PPP can be furnished for DOS, Windows 3, .... and it is portable on all computers. It can be actually delivered as a library and linked to your developments. This package connect to the down side to any communication software. Later (soon) it shall be modified as a "packet driver" for PC's connecting in place of a network packet driver but later .... conecting the same time to an Ethernet LAN and to PPP.

On the upside, it can be "installed" connecting or disconnecting from the upside.
The size? Like Charlie, this package seem to be the smallest worldwide. It weight only 7 Kbytes and the smallest we know is something above 40 Kbytes. For who have interest, it includes all protocols needed to manage the connection like LCP, CHAP, PAP, ... can be parameterized by the call, it install as TSR and can also configure using a file. Ofcourse, we can also sale the sources but this to discuss. TCP/IP socket: this shall be conform to BSD sockets and thus also to MS-WINSOCK. Of course it shall also be portable but native running on DOS & Windows 3.
